Real Food

My definition of real food: Food that is minimally processed and maintained its natural integrity.

We choose to make our food from scratch: searching for organic seeds, planting, growing, harvesting and cooking. It takes a little more time and effort, but simply just by knowing what goes into our food makes it worthwhile.

We harvest ingredients for our dinner. We managed to cut beautiful banana blossoms to make delicious salad, pick up lovely durian flowers and turn them into crispy tempura….We try to savour what Mother Nature gave us.Banana Blossom
Banana Blossom SaladWe will includes recipes in this blog with the aims to inspire green food lovers to integrate their gardens and kitchens wherever they live and whatever their taste in food, as well as promoting a timely and appealing style of organic green living.
